Green when goes to google sheet- adjust time stamp

Hi I am sending form data to a goggle sheet. New entries are green. Can they not be highlighted green? Secondly, the time stamp on the sheet is 1 hour ahead of my time. How to I adjust the time stamp?

New entries do not have green background by default, except the field column headers.

If the green background is showing on new entries then something is broke with the integration. Please re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. This might fix it.
