The next button on my form is not working - does got go to the next page

    Hello,

     

    The next button on my form is not working. When clicked, it does not go to the next page. Please help with this issue. Even with everything filled out, it does not go to the next page.

    I checked your webpage and I was not able to replicate the issue. The "Next" and "Back" button is working properly. Here's a screen capture:

    Are you still experiencing this problem? Are you getting any error message when you click the "Next" button?

    I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
