PDF Block in Approval soft locked my Approval Cycle

    Hello,

    This morning I was looking to fix my Approval Cycle for my form. When I added in a PDF Block it caused the Approval Process to lock itself. It tells me to Refresh the page, but when I do I still cant edit.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this. ​​I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

    Thank you for the help. I just wanted to inform you that I am now having the same issue with the Email block as well.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've added to the notes for our developer team that there is an issue with the Email block as well. They will be investigating and updating you as soon as there is an update.
