Why don't I receive submissions by email?

    I've set up my form to send submissions to my email but it doesn't seem to be working. I've checked the bulk folder and there are no emails there either.

    Hi,

    I have made a test submission on your form and based on our email log it was successfully sent on: checkout@shopwagw.com
