How can I change the layout of the form?

My old forms are fine. But when I set up a new form, it always uses "pages" - like one question per page and then the user has to click next. I can see that can be a nice option, but I want to ask several things on one "page" - so that e.g. for an adress the user doesn't have to click "next" four or five times...

Where Is the option to deactivate this automatic paging or to group several questions? 

This is realy frustrating!

If you do not want to keep this new layout, you can change it from your form settings.

Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and select "All Questions in One Page".
