When you say you are forced to change your password every time you try to log in, I assume that you always request for the reset instruction that is sent to the email address associated with your account.
The issue you are having might be caused by the data stored in your browser (browser cache).
May I suggest that you try to clear the caches of your browser first before trying to log in to your JotForm account? — http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/
