card reader does not work with Stripe

Stripe support referred me to you since Jotform created the ap for card reader with Stripe.

It reads the card number but scrambles the date and ccv code. then gives this message.  I have tried different browsers, anonymous browsers, cleared cache enabled cookies, restarted browser, application and computer.  Same result.  Please advise.

JotForm does not offer that kind of service.

You can integrate JotForm with Stripe but there is no built in Card Reader feature.
