I just set up another form for our website for a class we are providing. The first two individuals that tried to sign up came up with a pending status and wondering if there is something wrong that it is not processing.
One of them tried twice and still not able to pay through the form provided on our website.

I was not able to reproduce the issue.
When testing your form, I was redirected to the Paypal payment gateway as you can see on the image bellow. This means that your form and the integration with paypal are working properly. You should now see a pending payment submission from my attempt which is created whenever the client does not complete the payment process.
The reasons for your client not being able to make the payment may be due to an error on their side. However, please let us know if you see that this issue is repeated and we'll be glad to continue troubleshooting.
