I just a complaint from a user that one of our jot forms is not working. Three people used in the past few days. So I went to look at the form....no response from your server.
Something seems to be wrong with the server. Please advise.

I checked your account/username mcasan and it is Active and forms are available at this time.
I test the form https://form.jotform.com/70255302898157 you mentioned and it is loading fine on my browser.
It could be a temporary glitch, but so far I could not reproduce the issue. Please check again.
Let us know if issue persist.
