How can I capture the SOURCE from the destination URL utm_source tag?

    I have ads on referral sites with manually tagged destination URL's such as: www.maverickbankcard.com/apply?utm_source=uniquesite.com&utm_medium=banner...etc.

    Is there a way to capture the entire URL, or better yet, just extract the "uniquesite.com" source information using Jotforms?

    Extracting the URL is a solution that will work; http://www.jotform.com/help/95-How-to-Know-the-Exact-URL-of-a-Page-From-Which-a-Submission-Came

    The ORIGINAL embed script works fine on my Wordpress site.  However, the modified URL TRACKING script does not.  The page becomes formated improperly (the footer overlaps the content area).  The two codes follow:

    ORIGINAL:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/22257790850155"></script>

    URL TRACKING:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    document.write("
     <script src=\"http://form.jotform.com/jsform/22257790850155?Source_URL=" + window.location.href + " \"></ " + " script> ");
    </script>

    Please try with the following code:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    document.write("<script src=\"http://form.jotformeu.us/jsform/22257790850155?source_url=" + window.location.href + "\"></" + "script>");
    </script>

    If that does not work for you, please let us know.

    I am sorry it should be form.jotform.us not form.jotformeu.us.

    So the code is:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    document.write("<script src=\"http://form.jotform.us/jsform/22257790850155?source_url=" + window.location.href + "\"></" + "script>");
    </script>
