Request : Adding the limits option to time field.

it would be very useful to be able to disable specific time range in the same way as date field.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want the same "Limits" option of date picker to be added in "Time" field as well?

Yes, but adapted to hours and minutes.

I mean, in date fields is possible to disable a specific range of days by specifying start and end date : 2018-12-24>2018-12-27 (= 4 day disabled).

So, in time fields it would disable a specific range of hours and/or minutes same way : 12:15>14:45 (= 2 hours and 30 minutes disabled) .
