    On this particular graph, I have 3 entries for 'N/A', I wonder why they are not combined into one entry?

    To clarify, instead of N/A "24" and NA "6", I would assume to see N/A "30"

    @headrick01

    I have tried to reproduce the problem but I am not able to find the form on your account.

    Can you please share the form's URL?  We'll be glad to assist you!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Let me please explain that one N/A is coming from not filled Other option, and the second one is coming when someone type N/A to the Other field.

    We have already informed our Development Team about the problems with the Visual Reports. As soon as we have any improvements on that point we will let you know about it, but unfortunately, there is no ETA for now.

    I would like to inform you that it is possible to use the following workaround to get some more clear report.

    For example, it is possible to replace the Radio Button "Allow Other" option with the simple Other option.

    Then, add a Text Box that will be shown once someone click one the Other option.

    You will need to use conditional logic on form to show that Other option. Please take a look at the following screenshot.

    Example:

    NOTE: If you change your current "For what purpose.." field you may lose your data. It is recommended to Clone the form, and work with that cloned form.

    Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
