A client has been trying to submit a form.....she said over an hour ago and it still says"please wait" on her end?! What is going on with jotform lately? Seriously considering moving all my forms to something else.....Page URL:

I cloned your form to test it and each submission I sent went through without issue:
It sounds like there may have been a connection issue when the user attempted to submit the form. If that was the case wait an hour or 20 hours wouldn't have made a difference. Pressing the back button on the browser should retain the form data if the submit function didn't complete.
