How to add image next to each multiple-choice element

I have a multiple choice question on my order form and I want to show examples for what my flower arrangements look like in mini, small, medium, large, etc. sizes. Is it possible to add a small photo next to each choice in the same question?

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you're interested in adding an image next to each choice on your multiple-choice element. While this isn't possible with the current multiple-choice element, we do have several widgets that might meet your needs.
