    Hi,

I'd like to start using your service and have a question about the Screen Print Form.

This is the closest to the form I would need to use but the selection options are ideal but I would need them repeating 3 times but the duplicate option does not appear - how would I generate the required fields?

I am looking for the ability to order:

    7 styles

      - 3 styles with 24 colours

      - 2 styles with 6 colours

      - 2 styles with 15 colours

and of course would need to show prices and allow people to select their own quantity to order.

Any guidance would be very helpful - thank you.

    Hi there,

Please take a look at the following form as a sample:

    https://www.jotform.com/?formID=22774494149868

It uses a Paypal integration and divides the products into different groups using a free item.  I have added some CSS in order to delete the checkbox from the free items.

This integration allows the client to choose a number of items of each available style.

Here is a quick video that can get you started with your integration.

    Hi Eduardo,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

I am wanting to  produce JUST an order with a Submit Order button - NO payment integration is required at this stage - I am hoping that makes no difference.

I'll have a look at the video and give it a go.

    Thanks

    @matthewwood

Hi, just to confirm, using the Purchase Order payment field should work on the idea also. (without directing the submission to any payment integration)

Thank you for updating us. Inform us should you have further inquiry.
