We have a form that's embedded on our website - see link below. Is it still secure when it's embedded on our site? Or do I have to provide a link to the application rather than embed it?

Yes, All data transfer related to form will be securely sent. So, it will be secured once it is embedded to a website.
However, your website http://www.bapthealth.com/new/employment/application/ is using http instead of https, so it is not a good idea to embed a form in an unsecured page.

Also, upon submission, a warning may pop up in some browsers about the fact that the user is going from a non-secure page to a secure one.
