I just opened an account and I want to import a form under My Forms and I do not see the option to do so. Can you please advise?

While on my forms page you need to click on the "Create Form" button in order to get the options, once you do it you will receive the options with the available layouts for your account: 

Once you have selected the layout you need you will have the options to create a blank form, use a template or import a form: 

Please note that the form you may try to import might not be compatible with Jotform and you may need to edit it in order to get the desired style, if there is not a form found on the link you provide while importing a form then you may need to created it using the form builder.
