Problem with Terms & Conditions widget

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Terms & Conditions widget as part of my form which I've linked for you. However when I preview the form to test it I'm not able to submit the form because it says that the checkbox field is required even though I've already checked/completed it (see screenshot).

I think this is a problem on your end with the widget so I wanted to let you know about it so it can be fixed.

It is not working, because you are not using the Terms and Conditions properly, if you use this widget, you need to link it to an external page, where the terms are hosted.

In order to solve this issue, you have two options:

1) Removing the terms and conditions widget, and using a Multiple Choice field:

2) Remove the widget, and the field above it, and using the Short Scrollable Terms widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/short_scrollable_terms
