My website forms are showing that they are over quota

My website forms are showing that they are over quota and I've been deleted "stored" submissions that we no longer need. How long before my website forms are back up and running after clearing storage space? The URL below is for one of the forms where I have deleted most of the submissions, leaving only a few recent ones.

I'm sorry, but deleting the submissions in the form won't restore your submissions limit for the month. Only our system can do that, and it is scheduled every first day of each month at 00 EST. You may consider upgrading your account to the Bronze Plan. You can cancel it anytime you want to unless you will receive the same amount of submissions next month then I suggest to keep it.
