Is there a way to have the popup modal work with product items in the form?

I Love this. Is there a way to have the pop-up function based on radio button selection of a product in a payment form?

It's not possible in the product item(s), unfortunately. You can do this by downloading the form source codes and modifying the HTML line of the payment field to have the HREF tag that is used to trigger the modal.
