Image and Text on one question

On the one question per page forms, is there any way to add an image along with text to each question? I want to have accompanying pictures to text for a question.

Not really. I want to ask a question about an image. As such, I need to be able to add an image AND text to the one page. Is this possible?

Do you mean adding two fields in JotForm Cards or the Single Question in One Page?

If yes, that is not possible. You can only put one field in the JotForm Cards. However, you can try using the Text field. You can add an image and just normal text. Here's a screen animation guide that you can follow:
