Texts of Long Text in Smart PDF is Not Showing Correctly

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We are unable to set the default location of the texts or ensure that they appear exactly on each line of your PDF because this is only one field. Also, adjusting line-height within the Smart PDF Form is not yet possible. To accommodate the text properly, you may want to reduce the font size to 10px. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings
2. Click Customize Style in the Form Settings.
3. In the Original PDF settings, navigate to Font Size and select 10px.
4. Uncheck the Use dynamic font size.
5. Once done, click on Apply Changes.

Note that the texts will still not display perfectly on the line, but they will be lot more readable and look better. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

I was able to fix it by using the element long text instead of the paragraph. I tried your instruction however it did not gave me the outcome i desire, but still thanks for taking the time to answer my inquiry.

AND I have another one again T-T

Problem: I want the image to be uploaded be the same size on the box inserted on the pdf when adding an element. I tried the resize but still the uploaded file wont resize according to the box on the pdf.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. Unfortunately, you cannot resize pictures that are of different sizes.
