My form that has been working fine for months won't submit

    The form has been working fine for months, no changes made and starting today the submit button stopped working.  I made some changes to the conditions, thinking something got messed up and it worked once, and now doesn't work again.


    This is not embedded in anything, we use a direct link

    The date fields seem to be causing the issue. I re-saved them, that seems to have worked. Can you check again? Let us know if the problem persists.
