Why are we not able to calculate sum of a field in excel that should accept numbers?

In the past day our Excel output has changed and now column N (Weight Ticket Volume) is showing up as a Text and can't be summed in Excel.

We are converting the file over so these can be used.  However, is this something that can be reverted back?  Please advise

I have checked your form and I have noted that the submissions ID 3928149602667268862 may have entered text in the Weight Ticket(vol) field which may have been the cause the field changed to text. Kindly change the details of the submissions ID and export the submissions into the Excel sheet.

You may also need to consider validating the field to prevent users from entering any characters other than numeric characters. See demo below on how to validate the field.
