Box: Uploaded video files are not sent to

    Have integrated and it used to work fine. Have since made modifications to the form by cloning/merging so perhaps something happened in that process but can't figure out why or what.

    My form will be uploading videos & pictures only. Receives a PDF with the submission info but no videos files.
    Jotform: Receive all video submission as per usual in link form.

    Any idea why this is?

    I just gave this a try and it works as intended. The uploaded video was saved on the same folder where the PDF submission is within Here's how my folder structure looked like after doing a test submission:

    I recommend you try redoing the integration (remove then re-add it) and see if that will make a difference.

    Disconnected all three forms from
    Uploaded again and the same result. All I get is a PDF with the submission info and the uploaded material are links within the PDF not as separate files.
    Also I tick the box in the integration process for add date/time on each folder upload which doesn't happen, it just name the folder with a long random number 

    When you tested did you go through the payment gate (it's in sandbox mode)?
    Would that make a difference? When it worked before the payment gate was not yet on the form...

    Is it possible that the file being uploaded is more than the maximum capacity of your box storage space? This can be a factor to why the file is not transmitting to your box account.

    No, can't imagine that's the reason as I've already tried uploading 1 single small size video file & 2 small sized files. The submission goes through but only the pdf no videos.
    My Box storage limit is 50gb.

    Just took another look at the integration which now (haven't seen this mgs before) gave a note that 'my token has expired and needed to be refreshed'? So, I linked it again re-uploaded but still the same result.


    This used to work...

    Let me escalate this matter to the development team, and let them further look into the matter.

    For reference, would you have an idea how many submissions you have received with an attachment for the day before this happened? Also, can you tell us the actual size of the file being uploaded?

    Also, can you try again this time if in case the problem persists?

    No sorry don't know how many was submitted, maybe 10ish? I was constantly checking the form for errors so as soon as I knew the box integration path worked I moved on to the next issue.

    This file sizes varied with simple tests uploading one video, say 25mb. Did other tests with a bunch of videos that seemed to work fine.
    Below is one example with images only, that worked well except for jotform sent all images embedded into the pdf. Something I started talking to support about but then things got side tracked.

    As a clue perhaps, the fault started after I merged

    (have since disconnected box integration on this form in pursuit of a solution)



    A lot of form design things went pear shaped after the merge which I had to re-do.

    I believe the reason why the uploads don't get uploaded to another file is because your Upload field doesn't have a field name/label.


    Kindly remove the Box Integration then Name your Upload field and Integrate it with Box again.

    Yes that did something but all all.

    The upload to Box now has costumer ID + a date which I choose at the integration.
    Before the uploaded folder had a self-made  long folder number. So that's good.

    No separate video files though... just a pdf with the form info.

    Thanks for the update. This case has been already sent to our developers to see what could be preventing the uploaded files from being sent to your Box account. You will be notified via this thread if there is any updates on this matter.

    We couldn't replicate the issue you mentioned. We are still developing our product so the issue could be resolved.
