I've spent countless hours developing this form and am on a tight deadline to get it done. I'm about 75% done with it and cannot afford to start from scratch.

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. I also cloned your form and I was not able to replicate the issue on the cloned form.
Before i escalate the issue would you kindly try to clone the form and then test the new form and let us know if the issue is resolved on the clone form.
If issue is resolved I would recommend you use the cloned form since it is a replica of the original form.

I had tried cloning the form before but just tried it again and the error persists.
