How can I copy the full URL (including UTM parameters) into a text input?

Hello guys, I have several different campaigns feeding into one form and I'd like to be able to see which campaign a particular enquiry came from. 

It would be handy if I could include the full URL of the page the form was submitted from, along with the UTM parameters appended by the ad campaigns. 

Is there a way to do this?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Get Form Page URL" widget. I would suggest you to please add Get Form Page URL widget in form and it will detects and capture the complete page URL of the Form.
