To whom it may concern, good morning I made a JotForm but it won’t let me edit it because I didn’t make an account and it didn’t ask me to make an account because my boss gave me the link I filled it out but I put in the wrong address is there any way you can pull up my information somehow and change my address and add a mail box number to it please it’s of dire importance.

So just to confirm, you filled out your bosses form. But you entered the wrong address right?

In that case you would need to contact your boss and tell him.

He will be able to update your record easily. Just provide him with the correct data.
