A hidden field is still showing in Preview

and one more thing in this form there is an option called "Student Application Number" which is supposed to be hide at the time of filling form but while i preview its displaying.

This is in response to the other concern you raised here. I am sorry that this is happening. Since the field is already hidden by default, you have to remove it from the conditional logic section as it causes conflict. This means that you need to check the following condition below and exclude that field as part of the hidden fields:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
• Click on the second set of condition's pencil icon to edit.
• Remove the Student Application Number from the list and click on Save.
