Questions about Social Security numbers and Bank accounts

    Hello, I have a client with a legitimate business in our city that needs to collect Bank account numbers and Social Security Numbers online.  Is there a way to make this happen with Jotform without violating any terms of service with you guys?  Does he need to provide proof of business or anything like that to make this work for his business?


    Thanks for your guidance :)  We just want to make sure we're doing everything the right way without being flagged or anything for doing any unintentional wrong doing.

    You can use our eCheck.Net payment integration to collect banking info.

    How to integrate eCheck.Net with your form?

    If you want to collect SSN you have to add a sort agreement and/or an e-signature field to the form, so your customers will agree to provide their SSN along with personal info.
