I hit my 10 free payments and paid for the bronze package but Im still getting a notice that I need to upgrade and it's not letting my people pay.

Does that maybe start Feb 1? So, on the 1st, all will work again?

Yes, every first day of the month we reset our usage limits back to 0.
I checked your account and it is not over the limit. I also checked your form and it is working properly.
