Working on form changes, now suddenly locked out of account and autosuspended - why?

    Hi Jotform,

    I can't get into my account again. Requested password change and reset a new password, but still autosuspended, whatever that means.

    Would investigate ASAP, as I want to make sure that the last hour's work has not been deleted or lost and I need to access the form to continue the edit. Thanks Jayne

    Sorry about that. We have unsuspended your account. You can now log in.

    We had an issue with our phishing filter and has now been corrected.
