My survey language doesn't work in some part

This is the form, I've updated the translation for vietnamese but somehow the lines I translated doesn't show up. Only few lines was showing up. Could you help fix the issue?

Thanks for your patience and understanding while we look into this. Upon reviewing your form, I noticed that HTML tags have been entered inside the Input Table, which is causing the text to change in the background and affecting the translation. To resolve this, please remove the HTML tags and leave plain text. Then, redo the translation settings to ensure proper functionality.
