COPIES OF FORMS ONLINE

    How do I prevent keeping a copy of the returned form online. With new privacy laws we are no longer permitted to store the information online of applicants.

    You can use the Auto Delete Submission app. Please check it out on the link below:

    https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

    In this case the submissions will be stored only on your email. So this app deletes new form submissions instantly as soon as they are received. It uses JotForm webhooks so it is almost instant.
