We created two forms several months ago and since then the person that created them has left our ministry. We recently realized the funds from people who were registering on the forms were not giving us credit on square - ie, we weren't receiving the funds.(Transaction ID's were even provided to payer). i went into the two forms and noticed they were marked "test". I changed them to "live" so I would imagine that solves the issue from here on. My question is - how do I capture the funds for the 20 transactions that occurred when these two forms were still marked "test" (if that was the problem).
Do I contact each payer and ask them to resubmit payment? (rather not do that) Is there anything I can do to "refresh" the transaction and cause it to run through again?

Unfortunately, there are no transactions made if the payment field is set to Test mode. I suggest contacting them again to make another submission.
