Creating a form that will send an admin email from customers email address?

Id, like to know if it's possible to create a form in JotForm that can be set up to send an admin email but using the customers email address as the 'sent from' address?

This is for an IT company that have a support Ticket Request feature on their current WordPress website. They have a form set up to do this using Ninja Forms, but this cannot be moved or copied to their new Squarespace website as Ninja Forms is a plugin for WordPress.

Is this possible to do in Jotform?

    Kind regards,

    Jason.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change sent from field dynamically, it can only be set in advance for all submissions since it is set in Notifier like this:

The reply-to will be set as customer's email, for each submission:

Let us know if you have any further questions or if you had something else in mind.

    Thank you!
