Hi, why is it different two account? I want to move another account

    If you recently created a form, it will be using the new Layout by default. Can you please let us know your new Account Username or the new Form URL/ID. 

    Have you also tried cloning the original form using this method https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
