When I test the form I've built, I receive this message:
"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."
Why is this happening and how do I turn it off?

Please go to your Form Settings > Choose "No Check". This should stop preventing you from submitting multiple times.
