My integration with Asana is not creating a Task

I set up my integration with Asana which was successful. 

I created a test form with minimal fields and completed a submission, however, the task did not create in Asana. 

Could someone please assist me with this as this platform is only useful to my team if we can auto-create tasks in Asana.

I checked your integration and found out that you did not map the fields. Without it, the integration won't work. You need to finish the form first, then map the fields.
