While going through the forums, I found out that I can change the font properties via "Edit CSS" in the form designer. However, I do not see that option in my form. Kindly assist.

I have checked your JotForm and see that it is using the new layout. It is possible to change the font size and font type for the legacy layout from the Form Designer or by injecting custom CSS. It is only possible to change the font family for the new form layout from the Custom section of Form Designer.
Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Please note that the new forms layout have a smart embed option which takes the style of your webpage and implements it to the form.
The option can be found on the publish wizard:
Now, if you require to change your form to the old layout, you only need to go to the settings tab, form settings section and click on the show more button, scroll a bit down and select "All questions in one page" on the form layout drop down.
I hope this helps.
