Why is our account suspended?

    Please can you fix my problem?


    My Jotform account is not letting me in. I've schanged the password and still doesn't let me in. It's telling me that the login has been AUTOSUSPENDED :(

    Your form has been suspended for collecting sensitive user information like Passport number which is a violation of our terms of use. Would you kindly confirm why you need to collect Passport Numbers. Upon confirmation and proof of the need to collect Passport Number we will review and and activate your account.

    The reason is that we run an English Language School and we require to organise airport transfers and sometimes apply for student visas as well

    By The Way I didn't realise this was the problem and I've just revamped our form through another account using this email address. Do you think you could kindly let us use this?
