I receive notifications only through the web jotformz.com, but I get my email account. The problem I have with all the forms you think.

May I know what form you are experiencing this so I can check it here? Sorry if I misunderstoon your question, but that is how Jotform works, sender email is set to always to email@example.com but you can change it to senders email by choosing "Email" field on the options but we recommend to always used the default firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid bounces.
