Form question is different on submisson

On my form there is a question that needs to be answered but on submisson the title for the question displays a different question.  The sales for Jan - Mar 2017 field.  Form question:

Trying to edit the question but won't save the images.  My query is that on the form the question is Sales for Jan to Mar 2017.  On the email submission the title of the question changes to This year's sales target (to be communicated to store).

I checked your form and I found what you have mentioned here.

One of the reason of this could be the label of that field in submission email body came from the original form(if you have cloned this form).

You can change the label from the email submission body based on the one in your form.
