Can't add second email notification address

    Aloha to the folks at Jotform- I have tried adding a second notification email address (it's a gmail address), along with my primary address, I have tried removing primary address, I have cleared my cache, then tried again...and I have looked for help in the forum before writing. I must be doing something wrong, but for two days haven't been able to figure it out...all mails come to the primary address during the test email process. Other than this problem I just want to say what a great site this is for form building and customization. Truly awesome!

    Cyfo,

    We're sorry for the misunderstanding. The Test Email function in the Compose Email wizard can only send test messages to the account owner, regardless of the new recipient address you have configured the form to send to. This limitation was put in place to prevent abuse to the system by spammers.

    In order to test if the form sends to the new recipient address, you will need to submit the actual form. While editing the form, click the Preview button > fill the form out > then click the Submit button.

    If everything goes well, your client should receive the notification mail.

    By the way, to maximize the chances of email delivery, we advise our users to set Sender Email to "noreply@jotform.com"
