Form in Mobile version not showing completely

So i was trying to link my form to weebly. everything in the desktop version looks great but as you can see from the screenshot attached, the confirm button in the preview session is not showing on the mobile version. please help. thanks

Can you please let us know the website URL where you have embedded the form so we can check it here?

When you said confirm button, are you referring to the terms checkbox field?

By the way, have you tried embedding your form using the iframe embed code? See if this helps.
