Emails: The number 11 appears on notification

Good morning,

We have been using one of our forms for years and the number 11 shows up on the form.  Iw ould like to know how to get rid of it.  The screen shot is of a submission and next to 3 robots is the 11.  It shows up in every report.

I checked form 20558699224160 and was able to isolate the problem.

In your email settings, the email content has an 11 beside the {notes} variable. You should delete it.
