Porduct List and PayPal fields are not appearing in my form

    Hi,


    I've built a form to sell the sweatshirts we have in stock. I see the photos I've uploaded for each product and the paypal button (which I've set up and connected) in my form, but when I preview the form, both of these components disappear. Can you help me understand what I'm doing wrong?

    Also, can you help me understand how to edit the size box? We only have XS, S, and M sizes. I don't need the other options to show as available.

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having issues with your form. There appears to be an issue with the Payment field, which causes the components in the PayPal Business Integration to disappear from the form. Here's how to fix it:

    1. Select the Payment field and click the Remove Integration icon.

    2. Then, click the Add Integration icon.

    3. Select the PayPal Business in the payment gateway options and click the Use Selection button.

    4. Lastly, click the Connect button and enter your PayPal credentials.
