I inquired a few weeks ago about an issue on my website that began happening "out of the blue." Payments were being received perfectly fine for all three selections (PayPal, credit card, and check by mail), and suddenly stopped functioning properly. No idea why or how this happened.
The screen shot below shows that it gives only the first part of the information - confirming the selection of the registrant - but does not proceed to the proper payment page according to that selection.
Currently, upon submission of the registration form, it goes to a payment page: https://southwestashiatsu.com/class-deposits

Here's your previous thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1355694.
For Paypal, you should pass the total calculation into the Paypal field. This guide should help you do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.
After successful payment, users will be redirected to your Custom Thank You URL as per your configuration.
Note that you have conditions to redirect users to another page when Credit Card is selected. However, I noticed some conflicts there - with conditions #19, #20, and #22. This setup won't work. Only the first one will work, so you may consider deleting the others. Basically, it is a duplicate.
