I am unable to download many submissions for a large project that has to go out to reviewers in 2 days.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had a temporary issue with the file uploads which is now fixed by our backend team. The files should be able to downloaded normally. Please check again and let us know if you still experience any further issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
