Is JotForm accessible?

Is JobForm accessible to a screen reader (for someone who is blind or low vision)?

I believe most fields would reproduce correctly when using a screen reader.  I think the only fields that wouldn't reproduce properly would be fields with multiple parts.  Those would be things like the configurable list widgets.

Basic single part fields like short text, long text, multiple choice etc should all have the labels and entries correctly described.
